They send you a text with a bio & picture of the technician coming to your house- I really liked that for safety reasons. Kevin Ellison was the technician & he was wonderful. Very helpful , polite & above all knowledgeable. He did a great job , was very fast & the price was below my expectations. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Contact and scheduling the appointment was easy and they sent text messages to remind me. I just wanted to say tha precision door is what every door company should be like..Very dependable and very professional. Jason was the tech and got out of the truck within 5 minutes knew the problem 5 minutes later was repairing the door. What else could you ask for as a homeowner you need a list of qualified companies or contractors you can call on in time of trouble. Precision is differently on that list.

He took the time to explain to me the correct way to reset the keypad. He did inspection check to make the door was opening and closing properly, and made necessary adjustment.
