The technician was very professional and did a complete inspection of my Garage door. He used a check list to inspect my door. I only needed some adjustments to my chain on my garage door. their price was only a service charge and I am quite pleased with their service.

He came on time during the time of appointment. assessed the problem with the garage door not wanting to open or close. took him about 45 seconds to make the adjustments on the 'eye beam' unit that was out of whack and the door worked like new. the 'eye beam' unit was just barely out of adjustment and by just looking at it, it appeared to be working as normal. he got down and looked and found that instead of the light indicator being solid green, it was just rapidly 'blinking' to the point it looked like there was nothing wrong with it. if we ever need repairs to the garage door for any reason, we will call PRECISION.
