The guy that came out this past Friday was rude and acted as if he had some place to be rather than deal with my issue he informed me that the life master place was closed and I would have to wait till Monday to have the issue with my garage door motor and Wi-Fi resolved be in fact lift master was indeed open and they were able to help me I should have just waited on Dillion outside of the Jason guy on Friday I’ve never had a bad experience

Precision Door Service is a top notch company. From begining until the end of service all of their people were professional and nice. They gave me an appointment time and they were at my house at the time specified. My installer knew all about my product I purchased. He tested the system and explained about all the features and warranty. He also cleaned up all packaging and took my old equipment away. This is the kind of service everyone wants.

He was great at his job. fast, knew what he was doing, very efficient, very polite. Everything is working like a charm. from 1 to 10 I'd give even higher score like a 100. If I ever have to call some to fix it again, he would be the one I'd ask for. he needs a raise. Thank You Adel R. I've used Precision on a previous occasion, and was pleased, so of course I called them again when my garage door spring broke. My tech, Casey, showed up on time after he let me know he was on his way. He was professional, and knowledgeable, and answered all of my many questions. He completed the job in a timely manner, and my garage door is like new. I would highly recommend them, and will definitely call them again for service !!!

Saw their ads on TV. They were very professional and had a quick response to my request for an appointment. they were here within 2 days and were on time. The technician was very professional and did a complete inspection of my Garage door. He used a check list to inspect my door. I only needed some adjustments to my chain on my garage door. their price was only a service charge and I am quite pleased with their service.

I returned to Precision Door Service because of their friendly service men who have come out to assist us with any problems we encountered & couldn't figure out for ourselves. They've responded to any additional questions we've had in a very friendly manner & when needed, they've walked us thru steps we needed assistance on. We've always recd prompt service if we needed help with any issue. I'm so pleased that when needed, which has not been often, we've never had to wait long periods of time for them to assist us.
