John Bennett the service representative arrived at the scheduled time and had the spring replaced on my garage door in about 30 minutes. John is very knowledgeable about repairs and a pleasure to do business with. Excellent company for your garage door repairs

He came on time during the time of appointment. assessed the problem with the garage door not wanting to open or close. took him about 45 seconds to make the adjustments on the 'eye beam' unit that was out of whack and the door worked like new. the 'eye beam' unit was just barely out of adjustment and by just looking at it, it appeared to be working as normal. he got down and looked and found that instead of the light indicator being solid green, it was just rapidly 'blinking' to the point it looked like there was nothing wrong with it. if we ever need repairs to the garage door for any reason, we will call PRECISION.

Listen! Dillon was AMAZING! He fixed our entire system in about an hour! He came early, fully prepared, and so informative! We contacted two companies previously for the same repair and was given the runaround! Precision should be the only company in service! :-)

John came out May 23 and did good work. The springs were too tight and needed adjusting. John didn't adjust them. I called your company Thursday and got them to send someone out to go over the job. Jason came out and did a five star job. He is the man.

Absolutely the best. I looked at their ratings and decided to call them. Tech was prompt, Knowledgeable, nice. Fixed our problem in about an hour. Worked fast but good. Company kept us notified of his arrival and sent us a bio on him. Very impressed.

Precision Door is a fantastic company and I highly recommend them. My garage door broke late Wednesday afternoon and i gave them a call. The lady I spoke with in customer service was so pleasant and very helpful. She set up a repair appointment for Thursday morning between 8 and 10 a.m. She said they would follow up with an e-mail confirmation and also a text message indicating their expected arrival time. Sure enough, Thursday morning not only did I receive a text but a phone call as well from one of the nicest technicians I've ever met, Jason Rodriguez. This guy is so knowledgeable & thorough. He estimated and explained everything needed to do the necessary repair, and after approval from me, started working on the door immediately. It's so nice to have honest people like Jason in the world. I've already given Precision Door's number and Jason's name out to neighbors and friends should they need garage door information/repair.

Both of the technicians were very professional. I need a new door and they tried to upsell in a very respectful way. They were not aggressive about it. I would have bought the door from them if I had the money. They fixed my sensors in a timely manner. When I get the money to replace my door. I will go with this company just because of the technicians.

Best service I ever had. This installer new exactly what he was doing and wasted no time completing the Job! What ever yall are paying Dillion Kirby, it is not enough. Too bad all companies dont have service technicians as knowledge and friendly as this employee. Greta Job!!!!!!
