Excellent everything! My appt was 3-5pm. He showed up 5 minutes after 3. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and it only took an hour to completely change out everything except the actual door! Price and time to install were exactly as promised. I’d recommend Roger to anyone with garage door issues. Thank you so much!

We did not have the greatest experience!. First we already knew what we needed broken spring replacement. Got a quote for parts and service fees. When the technician arrived the price doubled! We paid service fees for nothing, we did use Precision door and would probably not. Not impressed, thumbs down

Precision replaced the garage motor last year & did an excellent job. So it was a no brainer to call them out for a mishap I caused & Conner was able to come out quickly & the problem was resolved. Very polite young man.

I had an issue where I backed into my garage and the door popped off its hinges. Precision fixed the problem in about an hour and a half. Conner was on time and called when he was close to my home. He educated my husband on how to properly use our garage door. He was very professional and detailed in his work. We will definitely use Precision again.

Our technician was able to get out to us early, he walked us through our options. We opted for the single spring to a dual spring update and as our door is nearly 30 years old, got the door rebuild which replaced all wear components, rollers, bearings, drums, cables, etc. Technician was very quick at the repair and replacement of parts.
