Conner and Tyler (assume was in training) were very professional and patient with us. We had a few questions because we wanted to make sure the springs were uncompromised by the door having been hit and the door frame pushed away from the wall. After a thorough examine it was determined the springs weren't compromised by the accident but were showing signs of age. We opted to have them replaced and the team had the door repaired and running so smoothly in just over an hour. Thank you, Precision Garage Door Service.

Your guys did a super job both times. In January they adjusted the door from where a previous company did not do it properly. Last week, Shane replaced my broken spring and other parts that had worn out. Door works great and is very quiet. Now I know who to call!
