I appreciate getting a notification that my service technician was on the way with a photo. They arrived as scheduled and got right into my garage door after asking me what was going on with the door. They did a minor repair and had my door operating properly. I ask for an estimate on a new door because this one is nearly 30 years old and I was given an estimate that was very reasonable. I am extremely pleased with how this experience turned out. Single door was opening & closing at random. Replaced wall control. Double door spring was broken. Springs, rollers replaced. Precision Doors did a great job.

Shane was our installer. He was prompt with his time and very professional. He explained everything that was required and why it was and also helped us download an app for access to the new equipment. He cleaned up the area he was working and we would never have known he was there (except for the fact the door was now opening!) He deserves a raise!!!

Conner and Tyler (assume was in training) were very professional and patient with us. We had a few questions because we wanted to make sure the springs were uncompromised by the door having been hit and the door frame pushed away from the wall. After a thorough examine it was determined the springs weren't compromised by the accident but were showing signs of age. Your guys did a super job both times. In January they adjusted the door from where a previous company did not do it properly. Last week, Shane replaced my broken spring and other parts that had worn out. Door works great and is very quiet. Now I know who to call!
