My garage door spring snapped on Sunday night trapping my car in the garage. That evening I was able to find Precision’s website and book an appointment for repair on Monday morning. The Precision Tech arrived on time. I have double car garage, but my old garage setup was with a single spring which is not sufficient. The technician was able to upgrade me to a dual spring system. It only took him 45 minutes to get the new hardware installed and my garage door back functioning good as new. Very pleased to do business again

My existing opener was hit and miss and my garage door needed some TLC as well. The tech came in and analyzed for about 4 minutes, then proceeded to describe the entire system to me and the existing weaknesses present, then proposed several solutions for them. I went with a new belted opener and replacement of all 12 rollers. He was fast, no mistakes, no marks anywhere, no trash anywhere. He knocked on my door and I went to view the results. Upon entry to the garage I noticed the smell of lubricant right away, for he had not only replaced the rollers as I wanted, but lubed them, the spring system, and all of the door segment hinges! He told me to test the remotes, I did. I didn't think it was working at first, there was no noise at all, none, only a silent and quiet hum. No metallic noises, no clanging, no squeaks or grinds so prevalent before. The door accelerated closed and then slowed to a crawl into the closed position, a true high performance system installed and tuned by a guy who knows what he's doing. We programmed the control panels together and it was done. It could not be done better by anyone, the guy was like a Nascar tech.

I booked/assessment on line before open hours. I was able to choose an appointment time at 8:00 am to 10:00 am the same day. Received confirmation within minutes. Payton and Brandon arrived at 8:45 assessed the problem and replaced the spring and bearings and were gone by 9:45. They were knowledgeable, proficient, and very professional. Very impressed and highly recommend them and Precision Door.

This is my second experience with Precision Door and both times have been excellent. They are very professional and fo great work. Today I had Dillon come out and he was fantastic. He was very friendly and thorough and made sure everything worked well before he left. There may be other door companies but I think these guys are the best.
