I appreciated the ability to schedule my appointment online and receive appointment reminders up until my appointment. I also appreciate receiving a text with the name and picture of the technician that would be providing me service. My technician was Shane Dunn. He was excellent. He was on time, very personable, and explained my options for repair. He provided excellent service and great information for the health and maintenance of the parts being serviced.

After looking for someone reliable to replace my garage door, I came across Precision's ad on Facebook. From the first phone call to the last conversation with the service tech that repaired my door, the experience was awesome. The customer service representatives were very friendly, helpful and professional. The service tech that removed my old garage door and replaced it with a brand new door was name Zak. Zak was so friendly and professional. After my door was installed within an hour, I was very excited and pleased with the finish product. I highly recommend Precision. My door is absolutely beautiful and the exact color that I wanted. My prayer is that GOD bless this company, just like they blessed me. KUDOS Precision.

I have used Precision several times, and they have been excellent had to have a opener replaced due to not working and because of age. Dillion performed the service, was excellent, knew his stuff no fooling around. Replaced the opener in a short period of time. Do not waste you time calling other companies, Precision without a doubt a well run company.

Your service team was fantastic. We had a door break, causing it to be stuck in the open position on a Saturday to our service lane. We called your company and you were able to get a service team dispatched out that day and diagnosed the problem. Your team was able to get the door closed so we could secure our building and was able to get the parts needed and came out the following Monday to get it repaired. The two service reps were very professional and knowledgeable and was also able to repair an additional issue with our other service door. Thank you for the GREAT service!
