Our experience with Precision Door Service North Mississippi was excellent right from the start. Our door designer Leigh was professional and very easy to work with. The pricing was very competitive and the communication throughout the ordering to delivery was consistent. The installation, led by Nathan was efficient, professional and clean. I was not present for the installation, but Nathan was in touch with me via phone and photos. He explained the job to me in detail and answered all my questions. Thank you all for a great experience!

Excellent everything! My appt was 3-5pm. He showed up 5 minutes after 3. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and it only took an hour to completely change out everything except the actual door! We did not have the greatest experience!. First we already knew what we needed broken spring replacement. Got a quote for parts and service fees. When the technician arrived the price doubled! We paid service fees for nothing, we did use Precision door and would probably not. Not impressed, thumbs down

Our technician was able to get out to us early, he walked us through our options. We opted for the single spring to a dual spring update and as our door is nearly 30 years old, got the door rebuild which replaced all wear components, rollers, bearings, drums, cables, etc. Technician was very quick at the repair and replacement of parts.
