Jason was born in Memphis, Tennessee. He loves to travel. He is also an avid outdoorsman that enjoys riding mountain bikes, climbing, kayaking, hiking, camping and playing frisbee with his dogs. He has a black belt in Taekwondo and was on his high school wrestling team. When he is not doing some sort of physical activity he enjoys watching movies and playing an occasional video game. He has been in the garage door business for over 15 years and enjoys being able to help people out and put a smile on their face.

The guy that came out this past Friday was rude and acted as if he had some place to be rather than deal with my issue he informed me that the life master place was closed and I would have to wait till Monday to have the issue with my garage door motor and Wi-Fi resolved be in fact lift master was indeed open and they were able to help me I should have just waited on Dillion outside of the Jason guy on Friday I’ve never had a bad experience

Saw their ads on TV. They were very professional and had a quick response to my request for an appointment. they were here within 2 days and were on time. The technician was very professional and did a complete inspection of my Garage door. He used a check list to inspect my door. I only needed some adjustments to my chain on my garage door. their price was only a service charge and I am quite pleased with their service.

Precision Door is a fantastic company and I highly recommend them. My garage door broke late Wednesday afternoon and i gave them a call. The lady I spoke with in customer service was so pleasant and very helpful. She set up a repair appointment for Thursday morning between 8 and 10 a.m. She said they would follow up with an e-mail confirmation and also a text message indicating their expected arrival time. Sure enough, Thursday morning not only did I receive a text but a phone call as well from one of the nicest technicians I've ever met, Jason Rodriguez. This guy is so knowledgeable & thorough. He estimated and explained everything needed to do the necessary repair, and after approval from me, started working on the door immediately. It's so nice to have honest people like Jason in the world. I've already given Precision Door's number and Jason's name out to neighbors and friends should they need garage door information/repair.

Angled punch bar support broke loose from garage ceiling. Door came out of track on one side. Called 24/7 service line Sunday night. Technician was at my house 1:30 Monday. (30 minutes earlier than promised , which was great. ) Jason was outstanding and had the repairs done quickly and did a quick tune up and lube on my door. This second time I have used Precision. The first time was a broken spring. Definitely recommend Precision for your door repair needs.

Jason was in and out in no time! He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to get our garage door fixed in under 30 minutes. He was truly a “one man pit crew”.
