I've used Precision on a previous occasion, and was pleased, so of course I called them again when my garage door spring broke. My tech, Casey, showed up on time after he let me know he was on his way. He was professional, and knowledgeable, and answered all of my many questions. He completed the job in a timely manner, and my garage door is like new. I would highly recommend them, and will definitely call them again for service !!!

Saw their ads on TV. They were very professional and had a quick response to my request for an appointment. they were here within 2 days and were on time. The technician was very professional and did a complete inspection of my Garage door. He used a check list to inspect my door. I only needed some adjustments to my chain on my garage door. their price was only a service charge and I am quite pleased with their service.

I returned to Precision Door Service because of their friendly service men who have come out to assist us with any problems we encountered & couldn't figure out for ourselves. They've responded to any additional questions we've had in a very friendly manner & when needed, they've walked us thru steps we needed assistance on. We've always recd prompt service if we needed help with any issue. I'm so pleased that when needed, which has not been often, we've never had to wait long periods of time for them to assist us.

John is very knowledgeable about repairs and a pleasure to do business with. Excellent company for your garage door repairs

He came on time during the time of appointment. assessed the problem with the garage door not wanting to open or close. took him about 45 seconds to make the adjustments on the 'eye beam' unit that was out of whack and the door worked like new. the 'eye beam' unit was just barely out of adjustment and by just looking at it, it appeared to be working as normal. he got down and looked and found that instead of the light indicator being solid green, it was just rapidly 'blinking' to the point it looked like there was nothing wrong with it. if we ever need repairs to the garage door for any reason, we will call PRECISION.
