Precision installed our garage last year in October and did a complementary inspection this week in which the springs needed oiling. The tech last year was Nathan B. and this year was John P and they were both excellent, polite, very respectful and addressed every concern. I like that Precision send a picture and bio on each technician which made for an easy conversation, and we knew who to expect. Each tech called ahead and was able to arrive early. I will be recommending this to all my friends and family. This is an excellent company to do business with.

A friend told me about Precision and I looked it up on the internet and booked a date for service. It was very easy and the date and time was exactly what I wanted. The service person, Payton came out and introduced himself. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He explained what he was doing and completed the work in a very short period of time. I am satisfied with the work and will call Precision again in the event the need arise.

I had been having issues with my garage door for months. Basic troubleshooting and trying to fix it myself didn’t work. I saw a Precision truck in the neighborhood and decided to give them a call. Absolutely superb service. Reported my spring had snapped on Sunday evening via chat, which is super convenient. My appt was set, but Monday morning the technician reached out to ask if he could come early, which worked out perfectly. Speedy and excellent service! Came out right at time they said they would be there. Received notices that they were on their way. Very professional. Let me know what needed to be done and how much it would be before starting anything. Was able to exceed expectations and repair broken spring and fix sensors in a very timely manner even though it was in the evening, after normal hours.
