Saw their ads on TV. They were very professional and had a quick response to my request for an appointment. they were here within 2 days and were on time. The technician was very professional and did a complete inspection of my Garage door. He used a check list to inspect my door. I only needed some adjustments to my chain on my garage door. their price was only a service charge and I am quite pleased with their service.

I returned to Precision Door Service because of their friendly service men who have come out to assist us with any problems we encountered & couldn't figure out for ourselves. They've responded to any additional questions we've had in a very friendly manner & when needed, they've walked us thru steps we needed assistance on. We've always recd prompt service if we needed help with any issue. I'm so pleased that when needed, which has not been often, we've never had to wait long periods of time for them to assist us.

He came on time during the time of appointment. assessed the problem with the garage door not wanting to open or close. took him about 45 seconds to make the adjustments on the 'eye beam' unit that was out of whack and the door worked like new. the 'eye beam' unit was just barely out of adjustment and by just looking at it, it appeared to be working as normal. he got down and looked and found that instead of the light indicator being solid green, it was just rapidly 'blinking' to the point it looked like there was nothing wrong with it. if we ever need repairs to the garage door for any reason, we will call PRECISION.

Listen! Dillon was AMAZING! He fixed our entire system in about an hour! He came early, fully prepared, and so informative! We contacted two companies previously for the same repair and was given the runaround! Precision should be the only company in service! :-)

John came out May 23 and did good work. The springs were too tight and needed adjusting. John didn't adjust them. I called your company Thursday and got them to send someone out to go over the job. Jason came out and did a five star job. He is the man.
