My first experience with Precision Door Service has been a great one, Connor and the other team member was very knowledgeable and professional. I loved the same day service as well. I will definitely use your company again if needed and refer this company to other family members and friends.

I appreciate getting a notification that my service technician was on the way with a photo. They arrived as scheduled and got right into my garage door after asking me what was going on with the door. They did a minor repair and had my door operating properly. I ask for an estimate on a new door because this one is nearly 30 years old and I was given an estimate that was very reasonable. I am extremely pleased with how this experience turned out. And I will let all my friends know they are the ones to call. Thanks for the service precision door provides CCJ

Shane was our installer. He was prompt with his time and very professional. He explained everything that was required and why it was and also helped us download an app for access to the new equipment. He cleaned up the area he was working and we would never have known he was there (except for the fact the door was now opening!) He deserves a raise!!!

Precision Door Service of North Mississippi was quick to respond to my phone call on a Sunday and able to get me in the next day. They were very courteous and caring of my situation. My technician was Casey. He was very friendly. Explained what was needed, options on how to proceed, and an approximate time on how long it would take. He did excellent work in the time frame given. He made the process very easy and even paired the new garage door opener to my car for me. I would not hesitate to use him again for any future door services needed.

Conner and Tyler (assume was in training) were very professional and patient with us. We had a few questions because we wanted to make sure the springs were uncompromised by the door having been hit and the door frame pushed away from the wall. After a thorough examine it was determined the springs weren't compromised by the accident but were showing signs of age. We opted to have them replaced and the team had the door repaired and running so smoothly in just over an hour. Thank you, Precision Garage Door Service.

Casey was very professional and detailed. He tried every option first bride telling me what needed to be replaced. He provided me with choices that best suited my budget. He explained everything to me about the issue and answered my questions not related to the issue. I love the fact I received a text message with a picture of the person arriving to perform the job. That tells me you all value safety and security. The job was done timely.

I thank you. PS. I never met Zachary, the initial technician, due to an accident while on his way to answer my service call. I am glad to hear that he was able to walk away. Precision Door Service of North MS has serviced our (3!) garage doors since we moved to our home 5 years ago. Every time, they were on time for appointments, efficient and explained our options thoroughly. Our home is 30 years old, and the doors are oversized, so we appreciate the knowledge and service we receive from the technicians who have come out. The customer service is excellent and the appointment process is simple. Thanks!

Your guys did a super job both times. In January they adjusted the door from where a previous company did not do it properly. Last week, Shane replaced my broken spring and other parts that had worn out. Door works great and is very quiet. Now I know who to call!
