On 10-13-2025, I contacted Precision Door at approximately 1:00 PM to report an issue with my garage door. Their response time was excellent, and a technician, Mr. Shane Dunn, arrived at 4:15 PM the same day. Upon arrival, Mr. Dunn demonstrated a high level of professionalism and a positive, courteous attitude. Before beginning any work, he clearly explained the issue and provided a written estimate for the repair. I appreciated the transparency and approved the work prior to commencement. Mr. Dunn completed the repair efficiently and restored full operation to the door in less than one hour. The quality of workmanship, communication, and overall service exceeded my expectations.
