I had been having issues with my garage door for months. Basic troubleshooting and trying to fix it myself didn’t work. I saw a Precision truck in the neighborhood and decided to give them a call. I’m glad I did. They scheduled a technician to come out the next day. He was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. He resolved my issue and helped save me money at the same time. I would definitely recommend Precision and will definitely use them for future repairs and new installations.

Jason was in and out in no time! He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to get our garage door fixed in under 30 minutes. He was truly a “one man pit crew”. John came out May 23 and did good work. The springs were too tight and needed adjusting. John didn't adjust them. I called your company Thursday and got them to send someone out to go over the job. Jason came out and did a five star job. He is the man.
