Casey was very professional and detailed. He tried every option first bride telling me what needed to be replaced. He provided me with choices that best suited my budget. He explained everything to me about the issue and answered my questions not related to the issue. I love the fact I received a text message with a picture of the person arriving to perform the job. That tells me you all value safety and security. The job was done timely.

I appreciated the ability to schedule my appointment online and receive appointment reminders up until my appointment. I also appreciate receiving a text with the name and picture of the technician that would be providing me service. My technician was Shane Dunn. He was excellent. He was on time, very personable, and explained my options for repair. He provided excellent service and great information for the health and maintenance of the parts being serviced.

Speedy and excellent service! Came out right at time they said they would be there. Received notices that they were on their way. Very professional. Let me know what needed to be done and how much it would be before starting anything. Was able to exceed expectations and repair broken spring and fix sensors in a very timely manner even though it was in the evening, after normal hours.

I had been having issues with my garage door for months. Basic troubleshooting and trying to fix it myself didn’t work. I saw a Precision truck in the neighborhood and decided to give them a call. I’m glad I did. They scheduled a technician to come out the next day. He was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. He resolved my issue and helped save me money at the same time. John came out May 23 and did good work. The springs were too tight and needed adjusting. John didn't adjust them. I called your company Thursday and got them to send someone out to go over the job. Jason came out and did a five star job. He is the man.
