I appreciate getting a notification that my service technician was on the way with a photo. They arrived as scheduled and got right into my garage door after asking me what was going on with the door. They did a minor repair and had my door operating properly. I ask for an estimate on a new door because this one is nearly 30 years old and I was given an estimate that was very reasonable. I am extremely pleased with how this experience turned out. Conner and Tyler (assume was in training) were very professional and patient with us. We had a few questions because we wanted to make sure the springs were uncompromised by the door having been hit and the door frame pushed away from the wall. After a thorough examine it was determined the springs weren't compromised by the accident but were showing signs of age. Precision installed our garage last year in October and did a complementary inspection this week in which the springs needed oiling. The tech last year was Nathan B. and this year was John P and they were both excellent, polite, very respectful and addressed every concern. I like that Precision send a picture and bio on each technician which made for an easy conversation, and we knew who to expect. Each tech called ahead and was able to arrive early. I will be recommending this to all my friends and family. This is an excellent company to do business with.

Had Ben White look at my shuddering Garage door. He called because he was finished earlier than planned on the other jobs. He arrived 2 hours earlier than originally scheduled. That was great to me as I had other things to do today. He came in and checked the Torsion Spring and the other parts of the Garage door and of course it worked. I explained when i was opening, the door shuddered after raising a foot and came back down. He noticed several 5 gallon paint cans, and asked me when it was last painted. Two weeks ago, we rebuilt the garage opening and painted everything. He showed me how the paint can stick and cause a resistance when opening. He showed me how to fix it if it occurs again. Ben then lubricated the garage door springs, wheels, etc. so that it will continue to work longer. Will definitely use Precision Door in the future.

Precision responded immediately to our request for service. The phone contact was very courteous and knowledgeable. He set up an appoitment for teh following mornig. They tehn emailed me a conformation of teh apppointment. I was very impressed witht the fact that the confirmation showed the technician assigned to our appointment by name and with a picture. The following morning the tech, Chris Tucker called to let me know he was prepared to come to our house for the appointment and was at teh house within 20 minutes. He recognized the problem as being a broken main roll-up spring, Chris gave us a complete cost in writing to repair by replacing the roll up mechanism. We approved the cost and he started the repair immediately. He had all the parts needed for the repair. The work was completed in about 1 1/2 hours. He demonstrated the door worked and then I tried it a couple of times. It worked perfectly and we were satisfied. I recommend Precision.
