Excellent service and superb employees. Person who set up my appointment was extremely pleasant and offered me more appointment opportunities than I would have imagined!!! The service tech was very knowledgeable and had my door back working very quickly!! Also, prior to his arrival I received a text with his bio and a picture so I knew who was coming to my house. Couldn’t be happier with this company’s service!!!!!

I've used Precision on a previous occasion, and was pleased, so of course I called them again when my garage door spring broke. My tech, Casey, showed up on time after he let me know he was on his way. He was professional, and knowledgeable, and answered all of my many questions. He completed the job in a timely manner, and my garage door is like new. I would highly recommend them, and will definitely call them again for service !!!

This company is awesome. They are available 24/7..Appointment was very easy to make. They keep you informed .The technician even called to see if I would like him to be there earlier than scheduled. He was professional and completed the job in less than 30 minutes. It looks and works great!!

I just wanted to say tha precision door is what every door company should be like..Very dependable and very professional. Jason was the tech and got out of the truck within 5 minutes knew the problem 5 minutes later was repairing the door. What else could you ask for as a homeowner you need a list of qualified companies or contractors you can call on in time of trouble. Precision is differently on that list.

I was very impressed with this company and it's representative, Aaron Stewart. They provided an appointment the day I called them and kept me updated on arrival times and a brief bio of the technician arriving. Aaron was very professional and personable. He explained my options with prices that were reasonable. I chose having my torsion springs replaced and my damaged gear assembly replaced. No pressure to upgrade. Would definitely use this company again and request Aaron Stewart. Will tell friends/co-workers.
