I had an issue where I backed into my garage and the door popped off its hinges. Precision fixed the problem in about an hour and a half. Conner was on time and called when he was close to my home. Our technician was able to get out to us early, he walked us through our options. We opted for the single spring to a dual spring update and as our door is nearly 30 years old, got the door rebuild which replaced all wear components, rollers, bearings, drums, cables, etc. Technician was very quick at the repair and replacement of parts.

On 10-13-2025, I contacted Precision Door at approximately 1:00 PM to report an issue with my garage door. Their response time was excellent, and a technician, Mr. Shane Dunn, arrived at 4:15 PM the same day. Upon arrival, Mr. Dunn demonstrated a high level of professionalism and a positive, courteous attitude. Before beginning any work, he clearly explained the issue and provided a written estimate for the repair. I appreciated the transparency and approved the work prior to commencement. Mr. Dunn completed the repair efficiently and restored full operation to the door in less than one hour. The quality of workmanship, communication, and overall service exceeded my expectations. Based on this experience, I would confidently use Precision Door again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend their services to others.
