Listen! Dillon was AMAZING! He fixed our entire system in about an hour! He came early, fully prepared, and so informative! We contacted two companies previously for the same repair and was given the runaround! Precision should be the only company in service! :-)

John came out May 23 and did good work. The springs were too tight and needed adjusting. John didn't adjust them. I called your company Thursday and got them to send someone out to go over the job. Jason came out and did a five star job. He is the man.

Chris is such a pleasant man. He was very professional but also very friendly. You can measure the quality of a company by the people who choose to work for them. I have used them before and always recommend them.

Precision Door is a fantastic company and I highly recommend them. My garage door broke late Wednesday afternoon and i gave them a call. The lady I spoke with in customer service was so pleasant and very helpful. She set up a repair appointment for Thursday morning between 8 and 10 a.m. She said they would follow up with an e-mail confirmation and also a text message indicating their expected arrival time. Sure enough, Thursday morning not only did I receive a text but a phone call as well from one of the nicest technicians I've ever met, Jason Rodriguez. This guy is so knowledgeable & thorough. He estimated and explained everything needed to do the necessary repair, and after approval from me, started working on the door immediately. It's so nice to have honest people like Jason in the world. I've already given Precision Door's number and Jason's name out to neighbors and friends should they need garage door information/repair.

It’s more than a pleasure to write this review. Precision you’re incredible in every way! From sending a picture & brief bio of John Pugh, the technician who’s warm friendly face & professionalism represented you to the highest level to his quick & accurate service & important information he made sure I understood . I live in a 55+ community and it’s important we feel safe & confident with the service we need. You did that for me and I will be sharing your information & my experience on our FB page for others. Both of the technicians were very professional. I need a new door and they tried to upsell in a very respectful way. They were not aggressive about it. I would have bought the door from them if I had the money. They fixed my sensors in a timely manner. When I get the money to replace my door. I will go with this company just because of the technicians.

Angled punch bar support broke loose from garage ceiling. Door came out of track on one side. Called 24/7 service line Sunday night. Technician was at my house 1:30 Monday. (30 minutes earlier than promised , which was great. ) Jason was outstanding and had the repairs done quickly and did a quick tune up and lube on my door. This second time I have used Precision. The first time was a broken spring. Definitely recommend Precision for your door repair needs.
