I was very impressed with this company and it's representative, Aaron Stewart. They provided an appointment the day I called them and kept me updated on arrival times and a brief bio of the technician arriving. Aaron was very professional and personable. He explained my options with prices that were reasonable. I chose having my torsion springs replaced and my damaged gear assembly replaced. No pressure to upgrade. Would definitely use this company again and request Aaron Stewart. Will tell friends/co-workers.

So glad we called Precision! We’d been lied to by another local company about the the repairs needed. They’d quoted $450 to repair the door. My gut instinct told me that they weren’t being truthful about the repairs needed. Precision repaired our door in leas than 15minutes for under $100. My Service Technician was Aaron Stewart was extremely professional and courteous. Aaron explained all of the alternatives to either repair or replace my unit. He sent me an email as soon as we concluded our business.He waited to make sure the email was straight forward and easy to understand. I would recommend your service to anyone that needs it. You have a gem in Aaron Stewart as a Representative of your Company. I was in Sales Management for many years and understand above and beyond Customer Service.

Thumbs up for a job well done! Our installer was very professional, quick and clean. He answered all our questions and was not put out by our presence while he did the installation. Removal of an old moldy wooden door to a more modern and lighter aluminum door went quicker than I thought and a lot cheaper than I expected. Had I of known this sooner, I would have done it sooner. I would not hesitate calling Precision again should I need garage door service of any kind. Thank you!!

Had Ben White look at my shuddering Garage door. He called because he was finished earlier than planned on the other jobs. He arrived 2 hours earlier than originally scheduled. That was great to me as I had other things to do today. He came in and checked the Torsion Spring and the other parts of the Garage door and of course it worked. I explained when i was opening, the door shuddered after raising a foot and came back down. He noticed several 5 gallon paint cans, and asked me when it was last painted. Two weeks ago, we rebuilt the garage opening and painted everything. He showed me how the paint can stick and cause a resistance when opening. He showed me how to fix it if it occurs again. Ben then lubricated the garage door springs, wheels, etc. so that it will continue to work longer. Will definitely use Precision Door in the future.

Outstanding! They made my sudden and unexpected expense as pleasant as possible. The one remaining spring (I didn't realize one was missing before hand) broke. So I needed two springs replaced. Matt was very friendly and worked so efficiently. He was fast and did an excellent job! 5 star job no doubt. My AC unit completely died the same day so to give a high review right now says alot. Thank you very much for a job well done!

The tech, Michael, was great. He notified us to let us know he was on his way and was very helpful and professional on replacing our broken springs. He recommended replacing the rollers. He took one of them out and showed us the bad ball bearings. He was not pushy and let us make the decision to replace them. I would highly recommend him for any future work.
