The office employees are always nice, professional & knowledgeable & get information that I need. The Repairmen are always nice, knowledgeable, professional & give great instructions & information also. The Repairman today was indeed exceptional & finished in a short time. A friend who had been quite happy with Precision Door Service in the past recommended them highly, so when I found my garage door opener acting wacky after a nearby lightning strike, I called and got the number and made an appointment for the next day. Aaron was very polite and professional and I had a great new garage door opener installed, and I love it. So quiet and I really love the motion detector lights and the ability to close the door with an app. Thanks for making my lightning strike a stroke of good luck.

I had a garage door opener replaced with a new liftmaster belt drive unit. Chris Tucker was my technician and he was very friendly and made sure to explain what I needed to know about the new opener. Work was completed much faster than I anticipated and I received everything that was promised at the agreed to price when I placed my order. Definitely recommend this product and company. Five stars.

Aaron Steward came to our home he replaced the door drive and programmed all remotes even the ones in cars. Aaron did a great job installing equipment and cleaning up afterwards will use them again if needed

He always explains what needs to be done and answers all our questions with patience. We had a broken spring today and he had us fixed quickly! Absolutely the best customer service due to Justin’s knowledge and “can do” attitude. His being thorough and going the extra mile to make sure all was right with my gate opener will be the reason I refer your company to others. His knowledge and personality are to be commended.
