I was very impressed with this company and it's representative, Aaron Stewart. They provided an appointment the day I called them and kept me updated on arrival times and a brief bio of the technician arriving. Aaron was very professional and personable. He explained my options with prices that were reasonable. I chose having my torsion springs replaced and my damaged gear assembly replaced. No pressure to upgrade. Thumbs up for a job well done! Our installer was very professional, quick and clean. He answered all our questions and was not put out by our presence while he did the installation. Removal of an old moldy wooden door to a more modern and lighter aluminum door went quicker than I thought and a lot cheaper than I expected. Had I of known this sooner, I would have done it sooner. Had Ben White look at my shuddering Garage door. He called because he was finished earlier than planned on the other jobs. He arrived 2 hours earlier than originally scheduled. That was great to me as I had other things to do today. He came in and checked the Torsion Spring and the other parts of the Garage door and of course it worked. I explained when i was opening, the door shuddered after raising a foot and came back down. He noticed several 5 gallon paint cans, and asked me when it was last painted. Two weeks ago, we rebuilt the garage opening and painted everything. He showed me how the paint can stick and cause a resistance when opening. He showed me how to fix it if it occurs again. Ben then lubricated the garage door springs, wheels, etc. so that it will continue to work longer. Will definitely use Precision Door in the future.

Outstanding! They made my sudden and unexpected expense as pleasant as possible. The one remaining spring (I didn't realize one was missing before hand) broke. So I needed two springs replaced.
