Highly recommend. I called on a Wednesday afternoon. They sent Roger out on Thursday afternoon. He got my garage door back up and running within an hour. Roger was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining everything to me and a super nice guy.

Your guys did a super job both times. In January they adjusted the door from where a previous company did not do it properly. Last week, Shane replaced my broken spring and other parts that had worn out. Door works great and is very quiet. Now I know who to call!

I appreciated the ability to schedule my appointment online and receive appointment reminders up until my appointment. After looking for someone reliable to replace my garage door, I came across Precision's ad on Facebook. From the first phone call to the last conversation with the service tech that repaired my door, the experience was awesome. The customer service representatives were very friendly, helpful and professional. The service tech that removed my old garage door and replaced it with a brand new door was name Zak. Zak was so friendly and professional. After my door was installed within an hour, I was very excited and pleased with the finish product. I highly recommend Precision. My door is absolutely beautiful and the exact color that I wanted. My prayer is that GOD bless this company, just like they blessed me. KUDOS Precision.

I have used Precision several times, and they have been excellent had to have a opener replaced due to not working and because of age. Dillion performed the service, was excellent, knew his stuff no fooling around. Replaced the opener in a short period of time. Do not waste you time calling other companies, Precision without a doubt a well run company.
