My garage door spring snapped on Sunday night trapping my car in the garage. That evening I was able to find Precision’s website and book an appointment for repair on Monday morning. The Precision Tech arrived on time. I have double car garage, but my old garage setup was with a single spring which is not sufficient. The technician was able to upgrade me to a dual spring system. It only took him 45 minutes to get the new hardware installed and my garage door back functioning good as new. Very pleased to do business again

Precision Door Service of North Mississippi was quick to respond to my phone call on a Sunday and able to get me in the next day. They were very courteous and caring of my situation. My technician was Casey. He was very friendly. Explained what was needed, options on how to proceed, and an approximate time on how long it would take. He did excellent work in the time frame given. He made the process very easy and even paired the new garage door opener to my car for me. I would not hesitate to use him again for any future door services needed.

I have used Precision several times, and they have been excellent had to have a opener replaced due to not working and because of age. Dillion performed the service, was excellent, knew his stuff no fooling around. Replaced the opener in a short period of time. Do not waste you time calling other companies, Precision without a doubt a well run company.
