Precision Door Service of North Mississippi was quick to respond to my phone call on a Sunday and able to get me in the next day. They were very courteous and caring of my situation. My technician was Casey. He was very friendly. Explained what was needed, options on how to proceed, and an approximate time on how long it would take. He did excellent work in the time frame given. He made the process very easy and even paired the new garage door opener to my car for me. I would not hesitate to use him again for any future door services needed.

I have used Precision several times, and they have been excellent had to have a opener replaced due to not working and because of age. Dillion performed the service, was excellent, knew his stuff no fooling around. Replaced the opener in a short period of time. Do not waste you time calling other companies, Precision without a doubt a well run company.

My tech, Casey, showed up on time after he let me know he was on his way. He was professional, and knowledgeable, and answered all of my many questions. Precision Door is a fantastic company and I highly recommend them. My garage door broke late Wednesday afternoon and i gave them a call. The lady I spoke with in customer service was so pleasant and very helpful. She set up a repair appointment for Thursday morning between 8 and 10 a.m. She said they would follow up with an e-mail confirmation and also a text message indicating their expected arrival time. Sure enough, Thursday morning not only did I receive a text but a phone call as well from one of the nicest technicians I've ever met, Jason Rodriguez. This guy is so knowledgeable & thorough. He estimated and explained everything needed to do the necessary repair, and after approval from me, started working on the door immediately. It's so nice to have honest people like Jason in the world. I've already given Precision Door's number and Jason's name out to neighbors and friends should they need garage door information/repair.
