My existing opener was hit and miss and my garage door needed some TLC as well. The tech came in and analyzed for about 4 minutes, then proceeded to describe the entire system to me and the existing weaknesses present, then proposed several solutions for them. I went with a new belted opener and replacement of all 12 rollers. He was fast, no mistakes, no marks anywhere, no trash anywhere. He knocked on my door and I went to view the results. Upon entry to the garage I noticed the smell of lubricant right away, for he had not only replaced the rollers as I wanted, but lubed them, the spring system, and all of the door segment hinges! He told me to test the remotes, I did. I didn't think it was working at first, there was no noise at all, none, only a silent and quiet hum. No metallic noises, no clanging, no squeaks or grinds so prevalent before. The door accelerated closed and then slowed to a crawl into the closed position, a true high performance system installed and tuned by a guy who knows what he's doing. We programmed the control panels together and it was done. It could not be done better by anyone, the guy was like a Nascar tech.
