Conner and Tyler (assume was in training) were very professional and patient with us. We had a few questions because we wanted to make sure the springs were uncompromised by the door having been hit and the door frame pushed away from the wall. After a thorough examine it was determined the springs weren't compromised by the accident but were showing signs of age.
