I appreciate getting a notification that my service technician was on the way with a photo. They arrived as scheduled and got right into my garage door after asking me what was going on with the door. They did a minor repair and had my door operating properly. I ask for an estimate on a new door because this one is nearly 30 years old and I was given an estimate that was very reasonable. I am extremely pleased with how this experience turned out. Conner and Tyler (assume was in training) were very professional and patient with us. We had a few questions because we wanted to make sure the springs were uncompromised by the door having been hit and the door frame pushed away from the wall. After a thorough examine it was determined the springs weren't compromised by the accident but were showing signs of age. We opted to have them replaced and the team had the door repaired and running so smoothly in just over an hour. Thank you, Precision Garage Door Service.
