I found a Groupon online and purchased it due to a broken hinge on my garage. I called on Monday afternoon and had an appointment for the very next day. Chris called ahead and arrived very promptly. This was a Bartlett job, not available in pull down menu. This was the most awesome service job I have ever had at my home in 40 years. Chris was efficient at a level I have not seen before. He professionally completed a full over haul of a double garage door with broken spring in less than one hour. This is a Five Star plus company.

Garage door service was yesterday. Just wanted you folks to know that the service we received from Chris Tucker yesterday was absolutely one of our best, most professional repairs ever. And we are a bright and shiny 80 years old. He was right on time, very pleasant, and a consummate problem solver in every regard. And, of course, he repaired the problem in a very short period, and upgraded both doors along the way. so GLAD my wife found y'all online. Even more happy that Chris answered the call. We will tell folks in Oxford about your company. Nobody around here to call, as near as we can tell. Thanks again for helping us out with a big load of family on the way for Thanksgiving.
