I found a Groupon online and purchased it due to a broken hinge on my garage. I called on Monday afternoon and had an appointment for the very next day. Chris called ahead and arrived very promptly. He diagnosed the problem, recommended additional options and had my problem resolved within 1 hour. I would highly recommend this company and would use Precision Door Service again. This was a Bartlett job, not available in pull down menu. This was the most awesome service job I have ever had at my home in 40 years. Chris was efficient at a level I have not seen before. He professionally completed a full over haul of a double garage door with broken spring in less than one hour. This is a Five Star plus company.
