So glad we called Precision! We’d been lied to by another local company about the the repairs needed. They’d quoted $450 to repair the door. The tech, Michael, was great. He notified us to let us know he was on his way and was very helpful and professional on replacing our broken springs. He recommended replacing the rollers. He took one of them out and showed us the bad ball bearings. He was not pushy and let us make the decision to replace them. I would highly recommend him for any future work.
