Thumbs up for a job well done! Our installer was very professional, quick and clean. He answered all our questions and was not put out by our presence while he did the installation. Removal of an old moldy wooden door to a more modern and lighter aluminum door went quicker than I thought and a lot cheaper than I expected. Had I of known this sooner, I would have done it sooner. I would not hesitate calling Precision again should I need garage door service of any kind. Thank you!!

Aaron arrived early, was very professional, and knew exactly what the issue was within about 30 seconds. Explained the whole process and costs, recommended additional preventive maintenance ideas and was through with the repair in less than 30 minutes. Very satisfied with Precision! Outstanding! They made my sudden and unexpected expense as pleasant as possible. The one remaining spring (I didn't realize one was missing before hand) broke. So I needed two springs replaced. Matt was very friendly and worked so efficiently. He was fast and did an excellent job! 5 star job no doubt. My AC unit completely died the same day so to give a high review right now says alot. Thank you very much for a job well done!

Precision had good ratings that is why I chose them for my door repairs. The entire process went smoothly from phone call to to getting door spring replaced. Everyone was polite and professional, also we're ahead of scheduled time and job was completed and door operated great.

A friend who had been quite happy with Precision Door Service in the past recommended them highly, so when I found my garage door opener acting wacky after a nearby lightning strike, I called and got the number and made an appointment for the next day. Aaron was very polite and professional and I had a great new garage door opener installed, and I love it. So quiet and I really love the motion detector lights and the ability to close the door with an app. Thanks for making my lightning strike a stroke of good luck.
