Absolutely superb service. Reported my spring had snapped on Sunday evening via chat, which is super convenient. My appt was set, but Monday morning the technician reached out to ask if he could come early, which worked out perfectly. He was very knowledgable and gave me single spring vs double spring options and benefits. Once I decided, he completed the work quickly and thoroughly. I appreciate the ease of the process and the communication.

The guy that came out this past Friday was rude and acted as if he had some place to be rather than deal with my issue he informed me that the life master place was closed and I would have to wait till Monday to have the issue with my garage door motor and Wi-Fi resolved be in fact lift master was indeed open and they were able to help me I should have just waited on Dillion outside of the Jason guy on Friday I’ve never had a bad experience

Precision Door Service is a top notch company. From begining until the end of service all of their people were professional and nice. They gave me an appointment time and they were at my house at the time specified. My installer knew all about my product I purchased. He tested the system and explained about all the features and warranty. He also cleaned up all packaging and took my old equipment away. This is the kind of service everyone wants.

Saw their ads on TV. They were very professional and had a quick response to my request for an appointment. they were here within 2 days and were on time. The technician was very professional and did a complete inspection of my Garage door. He used a check list to inspect my door. I only needed some adjustments to my chain on my garage door. their price was only a service charge and I am quite pleased with their service.
