The Technician called us and kept us abreast of his arrival time. When he arrived he assessed the garage door damages, and immediately started repairing the door. In a few minutes the garage door was repaired and working properly.

I decided to call Precision out of the many choices I got when I did a search for garage door repair because their website made them look professional and credible. Setting up an appointment for service was as easy as one could imagine. When the service rep, Chris, showed up he was courteous and very honest. He gave me an estimate right away and made some recommendations. He did not try to sell me something I did not need. All in all, my experience with Precision was excellent, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and neighbors. Keep up the good work.

A+++. We were having some odd behavior with our opener, remotes, etc after another company repaired some door damage and refused to look at the motor, and I swept away the connection for one of the sensors :/. Michael was the best!!! He checked and replaced / rewired just about everything and even made an extra trip just to get us back working 100%, the price was fair also. Saved us from having to replace the entire unit by replacing the circuit board in ours and fixing some wiring issues. He kept in contact with us for his ETA's and even when we continued to find other hinky problems - he came back at no charge and was able to fix everything. Definitely would recommend and many thanks to Michael!!!

Looked at ratings on internet for Precision door and decided to give them a try. Got an appointment for 12 noon but Chris called early and said he could come earlier if that was alright. I told him to come on over. Chris arrived and looked over door and told me what if could see wrong with garage door. If gave me three different options and explained each very throughly. I told him which service we wanted and he went to work. Did not take him long. You can tell Chris knows what he is doing. When he diminished the door was working better than it has in years. I would recommend Precision door and I would really recommend Chris.

Precision responded immediately to our request for service. The phone contact was very courteous and knowledgeable. He set up an appoitment for teh following mornig. They tehn emailed me a conformation of teh apppointment. I was very impressed witht the fact that the confirmation showed the technician assigned to our appointment by name and with a picture. The following morning the tech, Chris Tucker called to let me know he was prepared to come to our house for the appointment and was at teh house within 20 minutes. He recognized the problem as being a broken main roll-up spring, Chris gave us a complete cost in writing to repair by replacing the roll up mechanism. We approved the cost and he started the repair immediately. He had all the parts needed for the repair. The work was completed in about 1 1/2 hours. He demonstrated the door worked and then I tried it a couple of times. It worked perfectly and we were satisfied. I recommend Precision.

This was a Bartlett job, not available in pull down menu. This was the most awesome service job I have ever had at my home in 40 years. Chris was efficient at a level I have not seen before.
