So glad we called Precision! We’d been lied to by another local company about the the repairs needed. They’d quoted $450 to repair the door. My gut instinct told me that they weren’t being truthful about the repairs needed. Precision repaired our door in leas than 15minutes for under $100. Had Ben White look at my shuddering Garage door. He called because he was finished earlier than planned on the other jobs. He arrived 2 hours earlier than originally scheduled. That was great to me as I had other things to do today. He came in and checked the Torsion Spring and the other parts of the Garage door and of course it worked. I explained when i was opening, the door shuddered after raising a foot and came back down. He noticed several 5 gallon paint cans, and asked me when it was last painted. Two weeks ago, we rebuilt the garage opening and painted everything. He showed me how the paint can stick and cause a resistance when opening. He showed me how to fix it if it occurs again. Ben then lubricated the garage door springs, wheels, etc. so that it will continue to work longer. Will definitely use Precision Door in the future.

The tech, Michael, was great. He notified us to let us know he was on his way and was very helpful and professional on replacing our broken springs. He recommended replacing the rollers. He took one of them out and showed us the bad ball bearings. He was not pushy and let us make the decision to replace them. I would highly recommend him for any future work.
