Precision Door is a fantastic company and I highly recommend them. My garage door broke late Wednesday afternoon and i gave them a call. The lady I spoke with in customer service was so pleasant and very helpful. She set up a repair appointment for Thursday morning between 8 and 10 a.m. She said they would follow up with an e-mail confirmation and also a text message indicating their expected arrival time. Sure enough, Thursday morning not only did I receive a text but a phone call as well from one of the nicest technicians I've ever met, Jason Rodriguez. This guy is so knowledgeable & thorough. He estimated and explained everything needed to do the necessary repair, and after approval from me, started working on the door immediately. It's so nice to have honest people like Jason in the world. I've already given Precision Door's number and Jason's name out to neighbors and friends should they need garage door information/repair.

They send you a text with a bio & picture of the technician coming to your house- I really liked that for safety reasons. Kevin Ellison was the technician & he was wonderful. I just wanted to say tha precision door is what every door company should be like..Very dependable and very professional. Jason was the tech and got out of the truck within 5 minutes knew the problem 5 minutes later was repairing the door. What else could you ask for as a homeowner you need a list of qualified companies or contractors you can call on in time of trouble. Precision is differently on that list.

I was very impressed with this company and it's representative, Aaron Stewart. They provided an appointment the day I called them and kept me updated on arrival times and a brief bio of the technician arriving. Aaron was very professional and personable. I had a garage door opener replaced with a new liftmaster belt drive unit. Chris Tucker was my technician and he was very friendly and made sure to explain what I needed to know about the new opener. Work was completed much faster than I anticipated and I received everything that was promised at the agreed to price when I placed my order. Definitely recommend this product and company. We had another wonderful service from Precision. This is the second time that we were blessed to have Michael Falberg as our technician. He always explains what needs to be done and answers all our questions with patience. We had a broken spring today and he had us fixed quickly!
