I was very pleased with the scheduling, service, notifications and Jason did a wonderful job and very informative on future abilities to upgrade and proper routine maintenance.

I was very impressed with this company and it's representative, Aaron Stewart. They provided an appointment the day I called them and kept me updated on arrival times and a brief bio of the technician arriving. Aaron was very professional and personable. He explained my options with prices that were reasonable. I chose having my torsion springs replaced and my damaged gear assembly replaced. No pressure to upgrade. Would definitely use this company again and request Aaron Stewart. Will tell friends/co-workers.

I had a garage door opener replaced with a new liftmaster belt drive unit. Chris Tucker was my technician and he was very friendly and made sure to explain what I needed to know about the new opener. Work was completed much faster than I anticipated and I received everything that was promised at the agreed to price when I placed my order. Definitely recommend this product and company. Five stars.

Chris came out and installed a new garage door motor (or whatever the correct term is) and fixed a bunch of other stuff. He showed up when he said he would, got done super quick and overall did a phenomenal job. I appreciate him and the folks at Precision!

We had another wonderful service from Precision. This is the second time that we were blessed to have Michael Falberg as our technician. He always explains what needs to be done and answers all our questions with patience. We had a broken spring today and he had us fixed quickly! I always tell my friends & neighbors to call Precision for their garage door repairs and ask for Michael Falberg.

Called Precision Door at 830 am on Saturday morning; tech called 15 minutes later to say he was on his way and arrived within an hour; repaired our garage door (new heavy duty springs installed); gave us a few quotes for future replacement of a very old garage door unit (very reasonable) that we knew would need full replacement in near future. Call Precision if you are need of repair or replacement. We are very satisfied customers.

I highly recommend Precision Door Service. Our garage door broke at 5:00 in the morning, on a Friday. Normally you figure it would probably be Tuesday before you could get someone out there, right? Nope, Precision came out and fixed it and we were up and running before 6:30 that same day. The kicker is, I didn't even call until after 3:00. Thanks Chris, you did an awesome job! Will definitely use them again.
