Your service team was fantastic. We had a door break, causing it to be stuck in the open position on a Saturday to our service lane. We called your company and you were able to get a service team dispatched out that day and diagnosed the problem. Your team was able to get the door closed so we could secure our building and was able to get the parts needed and came out the following Monday to get it repaired. The two service reps were very professional and knowledgeable and was also able to repair an additional issue with our other service door. Thank you for the GREAT service!

The guy that came out this past Friday was rude and acted as if he had some place to be rather than deal with my issue he informed me that the life master place was closed and I would have to wait till Monday to have the issue with my garage door motor and Wi-Fi resolved be in fact lift master was indeed open and they were able to help me I should have just waited on Dillion outside of the Jason guy on Friday I’ve never had a bad experience

Precision Door Service is a top notch company. From begining until the end of service all of their people were professional and nice. They gave me an appointment time and they were at my house at the time specified. My installer knew all about my product I purchased. He tested the system and explained about all the features and warranty. He also cleaned up all packaging and took my old equipment away. This is the kind of service everyone wants.
