The Precision Door gave A1 service. I would recommend them to anyone, with confidence. The service technicians were super friendly and very descriptive with all the options they gave, also giving me a description of what to expect going forward! After the review, they were extremely fast completing the job and also took time to make minor adjustments to the garage door opener. I was very impressed with this company and it's representative, Aaron Stewart. They provided an appointment the day I called them and kept me updated on arrival times and a brief bio of the technician arriving. Aaron was very professional and personable. He explained my options with prices that were reasonable. I chose having my torsion springs replaced and my damaged gear assembly replaced. No pressure to upgrade. Would definitely use this company again and request Aaron Stewart. Will tell friends/co-workers.

A friend who had been quite happy with Precision Door Service in the past recommended them highly, so when I found my garage door opener acting wacky after a nearby lightning strike, I called and got the number and made an appointment for the next day. Aaron was very polite and professional and I had a great new garage door opener installed, and I love it. So quiet and I really love the motion detector lights and the ability to close the door with an app. Thanks for making my lightning strike a stroke of good luck.

Called Precision Door at 830 am on Saturday morning; tech called 15 minutes later to say he was on his way and arrived within an hour; repaired our garage door (new heavy duty springs installed); gave us a few quotes for future replacement of a very old garage door unit (very reasonable) that we knew would need full replacement in near future. Call Precision if you are need of repair or replacement. We are very satisfied customers.
