Precision responded immediately to our request for service. The phone contact was very courteous and knowledgeable. He set up an appoitment for teh following mornig. They tehn emailed me a conformation of teh apppointment. I was very impressed witht the fact that the confirmation showed the technician assigned to our appointment by name and with a picture. The following morning the tech, Chris Tucker called to let me know he was prepared to come to our house for the appointment and was at teh house within 20 minutes. He recognized the problem as being a broken main roll-up spring, Chris gave us a complete cost in writing to repair by replacing the roll up mechanism. We approved the cost and he started the repair immediately. He had all the parts needed for the repair. The work was completed in about 1 1/2 hours. He demonstrated the door worked and then I tried it a couple of times. It worked perfectly and we were satisfied. I recommend Precision.

I highly recommend Precision Door Service. Our garage door broke at 5:00 in the morning, on a Friday. Normally you figure it would probably be Tuesday before you could get someone out there, right? Nope, Precision came out and fixed it and we were up and running before 6:30 that same day. The kicker is, I didn't even call until after 3:00. Thanks Chris, you did an awesome job! Will definitely use them again.

And we are a bright and shiny 80 years old. He was right on time, very pleasant, and a consummate problem solver in every regard. This was a Bartlett job, not available in pull down menu. This was the most awesome service job I have ever had at my home in 40 years. Chris was efficient at a level I have not seen before.
