He was great at his job. fast, knew what he was doing, very efficient, very polite. Everything is working like a charm. from 1 to 10 I'd give even higher score like a 100. If I ever have to call some to fix it again, he would be the one I'd ask for. he needs a raise. Thank You Adel R. Christ I think you need to add a few more things on service performed & new product. cause I had a new chain motor and chain replaced.

Matt arrived before time and called to let me know before he got there. I showed him my garage issue, and he had it repaired in under 10 minutes. Wow, he was fast and friendly! Had Ben White look at my shuddering Garage door. He called because he was finished earlier than planned on the other jobs. He arrived 2 hours earlier than originally scheduled. That was great to me as I had other things to do today. He came in and checked the Torsion Spring and the other parts of the Garage door and of course it worked. I explained when i was opening, the door shuddered after raising a foot and came back down. He noticed several 5 gallon paint cans, and asked me when it was last painted. Two weeks ago, we rebuilt the garage opening and painted everything. He showed me how the paint can stick and cause a resistance when opening. He showed me how to fix it if it occurs again. Ben then lubricated the garage door springs, wheels, etc. so that it will continue to work longer. Will definitely use Precision Door in the future.

Precision responded immediately to our request for service. The phone contact was very courteous and knowledgeable. He set up an appoitment for teh following mornig. They tehn emailed me a conformation of teh apppointment. I was very impressed witht the fact that the confirmation showed the technician assigned to our appointment by name and with a picture. The following morning the tech, Chris Tucker called to let me know he was prepared to come to our house for the appointment and was at teh house within 20 minutes. He recognized the problem as being a broken main roll-up spring, Chris gave us a complete cost in writing to repair by replacing the roll up mechanism. We approved the cost and he started the repair immediately. He had all the parts needed for the repair. The work was completed in about 1 1/2 hours. He demonstrated the door worked and then I tried it a couple of times. It worked perfectly and we were satisfied. I recommend Precision.
